Government and parastatal procurement is one of the largest, most reliable revenue streams in Zimbabwe — and it is locked behind PRAZ registration. SMEs that try to navigate PRAZ alone routinely take 12–18 months to reach their first compliant submission. The Vantage programme runs in eight. Here's how we structure it: weeks 1–2 cover prerequisites (ZIMRA, banking, references), weeks 3–4 are PRAZ application and category selection, weeks 5–6 are first tender selection and bid drafting, and weeks 7–8 are submission and post-submission management.
